Payment

We require the full amount to be paid in advance by internet. If you'd like to pay for your banner by cheque or BACS, please contact us on 0845 25 74467. 

Delivery

We will aim to deliver the PVC banner to you within 48 hours from the payment, providing that you would supply the correct delivery address and the order was placed before 12am. If you place the order after 12am you will receive your PVC banner in 72 hours. Roll up banners will be delivered in 72 hours as standard. We shall not be liable in any way for losses, damages or expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered by you due to delay or any failure to deliver the banner to the place and by the date stated by you. 

Damage in transit

Banners damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note “Damaged on arrival” and returning it to us within 5 working days; any damaged Goods must be retained by you for inspection. If the delivery note is signed without the comment “Damaged on arrival” we cannot be held responsible for damages in transit. 

Action upon delivery

You will need to inspect the banner immediately on delivery and if there is shortages or errors in delivery you need to notify us in writing quoting the invoice number within 5 working days after date of delivery. Any claims for non-delivery of the banner will not be considered unless you notify us in writing within 10 days of the date of invoice. 

Colours and customer submitted artwork

All artwork or designs and images should be provided in CMYK format at a minimum of 300 DPI. FastBannersUK is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour mode, or for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. 

Order cancellation

FastBannersUK will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to printing, although cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the order. 

Shipping delays and errors

FastBannersUK is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors. We will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible. FastBannersUK is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors or damaged shipments.
