What is your turnaround time?
Your banner will be delivered 48 hours from receiving the payment and suitable artwork. We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays for extra charge

Why is it so cheap?
Believe it or not we have been asked this question before. Main reason why we have low prices is that we invested in wide format digital printers so we print all banners in house. Not like some other internet based companies that will take your order and print it somewhere else. Cut out the middle man and call us!

Can you fit my banner?
No. Sorry we do not offer a fitting service.

Will someone need to sign for the banner when it is delivered?
Yes. Your banner will be delivered by a City Link courier service . They will require a signature to confirm the goods have been received.

Are your banners hemmed and eyeleted?
Yes, All our banners come hemmed and eyeleted.

Can I use pictures on my banner?
Yes, but they should preferably be high resolution (300 dpi or more) otherwise the picture will look pixilated and out of focus. You can see some examples of full colour pvc banners here.

I was supposed to receive the banner today. Where is it?
If you'd like to track down your banner, please send us an email to tracking@fastbannersuk.co.uk and include your postcode. We will send you a tracking number. Go to www.city-link.co.uk and click on track parcel. Insert your tracking number.

How can I pay for the banner?
Your can pay either online, or you can call us on 0845 25 74467 and we will take your credit card details over the phone.

Do you do double sided banenrs?
Yes, All our banners are made from heavy duty PVC material and they are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. We use solvent inks so they are very durable.
